Transport and deliveries

Deliveries will be made using Bartolini (within Italy) and Fed Ex (for international deliveries).
Deliveries will be made within 5/8 working days from the date of the order.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery costs are added to the total order cost and specified during checkout, before you complete the purchase.The costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight and volume of the articles purchased and delivery destination.


You can check the status of your delivery directly from the courier's website, using the order details that will be e-mailed to you at the same time as the notification of dispatch.

Deliveries are made to the address you provide. We also ask that you supply us with a telephone number so that the courier can contact you before delivering.
If delivery is unsuccessfully attempted twice, the goods will be returned to the depot and can be collected from there.


We take great care in packing our products.
If, when receiving delivery, the pack looks damaged on the outside, or is broken, please note the following on the delivery note and sign alongside, asking the courier to also sign:

Accetto il collo (i colli) con riserva di controllo perché danneggiato (I accept the pack (packs) whilst reserving the right to control it (them), because it is (they are) damaged.)

Please inform us immediately of any acceptance with reservation.
If the courier should refuse to allow you to add the above wording, immediately reject the delivery. In this case too, please notify Customer Services immediately.

Customer Services

Customer Services is open from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday.
Any e-mails or orders received after 17.30 on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
